This policy explains what data Trayv collects from people who join the waitlist or write to us through the contact form, and what we do with it. Trayv has not yet launched. The waitlist data is the only personal data we currently hold.
Who is the data controller

What we collect
From the waitlist form: full name, email, country, preferred language, optional phone, and role-specific fields such as property type, unit count, business size, and city. From the contact form: full name, email, country, organization, and your message. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this page.
Why we collect it
We use the data to notify you when Trayv opens, to confirm your role-specific waitlist position, and to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party for marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it or until 24 months after public launch, whichever comes first. Contact form messages are kept for 12 months after we last reply.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the data we hold on you at any time by writing to team@trayv.ai. Where local law applies (GDPR in the EU, the UK Data Protection Act, similar regimes in MENA), all rights under those laws are honoured.
Cookies
We use one cookie to remember the language you picked. It expires after one year. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy materially, we will email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
