Joining the waitlist does not constitute a contract, a booking, or any guarantee of access. Trayv reserves the right to change the launch timing, the launch cities, the verticals, or the platform itself.

Please use a real name, a real email, and accurate role information. We segment the waitlist by role and tier, and false information distorts our planning.

The 5% host plus 5% guest commission structure described on this page is Trayv's stated brand promise. It will be codified in the platform's founding charter and applied to bookings on the platform once it launches. It does not apply to other businesses, services, or entities.

Trayv, the Trayv wordmark in Latin and Arabic, and the tagline 'Catch the wave of fair travel' are protected. Use them in commentary, press coverage, and educational contexts; do not use them to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Trayv's legal entity is registered, to be confirmed before public launch.
